We have all the six stores in US and one branch in China. BaoXin Tech provided us the specific Dynamic365 instance with their upgraded data, for the sake of requirement gathering and design sessions. BaoXin did the conversion for 80% of their customizations; and rewrote the integration logic. We uses BaoXin’s PDA solution to handle the picking/pack/put away/cycle counting processes. The system went live in 8 months with only one month later than original plan. The system went very well in general. BX’s PDA solution does not require our inventory workers have activity licenses, which saves thousands dollars a month. Until now our main profits come from our E-commerce platform ,which was delicately designed by BaoXin Tech. It is so amazing !
